@Britsquadie1 Please go back to playing (or trying to play) the standard version of Sims 4, not the Legacy Edition, and don't use any compatibility mode. That only complicates troubleshooting, and the game should run fine in Windows 10.
Among the Sims 4 errors are a few that reference a componenet of your audio software. Please go to the Dell download page for your laptop:
https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/product-support/product/g-series-15-3590-laptop/drivers
and install the newest Realtek audio driver. The Alienware Command Center is crashing too, but you already have the latest version. So you'll need to uninstall and reinstall it; instructions are here:
There are a number of other updates you may want to run, but the BIOS is critical to the functioning of your computer, and Dell lists the update as urgent. So if you're comfortable doing so, please update your BIOS as well, in fact, start with that. Instructions are on the download page linked above.
Once you've done all this, restart your computer and try to play again. If you get another white screen, please run another dxdiag.
