i can't redeem product code, it says "already been used"

I was installing sims 4 and the city living expansion pack, but I cancelled the expansion pack download and I tried to redeem it again and it says already redeemed what do i do

@Peanut27Noble04 Once you redeem the code it is tied to your account. To access it click on the Sims 4, then click extra content and you should see your expansion pack there.
