Hello, please help me!!!! I had recent downloaded the sims a month ago. I haven’t played in a week or two and I click on origin to play and all of my content it gone. It’s acting like I’ve never played and I’m new to the game. I had so much content and spend hours on my builds. I have no idea how to access it back. Please please help

or another Sims game?

 

This board is for FreePlay and FreePlay does not use Origin

You use FaceBook, GooglePlay or Game Center

To recover your progress, download it from the cloud

It is best if you do upload your progress manually each time you purchase or win a prize so you do not loose anything if you're changing devices

 

If this is not about FreePlay, please let me know which Sims game and what platform (PC/Xbox or another console/Apple or if you use a mobile device Android/iOS, tablet or Phone) so I can move it to the right board

 

We're very specialised and if it is not about "our" game, we know little or nothing

If you tell me what game, I make sure to put it on a board where people wil know what it is about Standard smile

@andreya1999  Please open Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\saves and let me know whether you see any files from prior to yesterday.  If you don't, please check in OneDrive's Documents folder.  Even if you don't normally use OneDrive, it can be enabled after a Windows feature update.  If you do find your saves there, simply move them back to the version of Documents on your hard drive.

 

The same goes for the Mods folder and the contents of the Tray folder: the files inside correspond to your in-game Library entries.
