I have neverhad a problem with my Sims 4 game, that is untile this last update; and now, I can not even open my game and stay in create a sim for 10 minutes due to the game keeps crashing, I have 1. Repaired my game 2. Uninstalled and reinstalled 3. Loaded the game with no mods or cc. However my game is consistently crashing. Please help

Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?

- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post
