Sims 4 overheating

same, I have a brand new pc and it overheats so hot im afraid it will burn something inside!! how do I fix this?!

@Elliot2Rules  I've split your post into its own thread, since the other thread was quite old.

Have you confirmed that the computer's internal temperatures are too high, or are you going by fan speed or some other indicator?  There are tools you can use to monitor temps, if you're interested.  But please start by running a dxdiag, so we know what components you have.
