Your graphics drivers are 2 years old.
Go to the MSI page and look for drivers for your hardware
https://www.msi.com/support
New drivers for your graphics card you can find also here
https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
In addition, you have system errors.
Some of them may be caused or by old drivers or by a lack of Windows updates.
Check if your Windows is up to date.

Ran SFC scannow also to fix your system

There is not much free space on the C drive. When Windows creates temporary files, what it loves to do, it can be a bit tight. If you can move any programs to D drive - do so.
But before you do all this, first check something else. Maybe the reason for this error is in your game folder?
Step1 Rename The Sims4 folder to "The Sims4 old"
Step 2. Fix the game in Origin
Origin/Library - right-click on TS4 - option "Repair game"
You have to wait until Origin will fix all packs, not only the base game.
Step 3. Now check if you still have this problem. Turn on the game - a new game folder will be created and you will have two - one old, one new

Read what was written above and follow all the instructions offered there. Let to know if it helped, and if it didn't help - post DxDiag of your computer.
I don't work for EA
