Sims 4 household won't load

I've been trying to get help for days but Origin can't or won't fix it.  As far as I can tell, Sims4 is gone forever.

When you're mentioning the household, are you mentioning one family in your game file, or just Sims 4 altogether?

If it's a family lot, you might want to try moving that family to a new lot to see if that resolves the problem. As a good test, try moving them to an empty lot.

Before you do any of this of course, make sure you back up your save file: http://sims4.crinrict.com/en/2014/09/save-games/

If it's in regards to The Sims 4 not running, we'll need more information.
