Your Graphics are below minimum requirements for the  game. Since it is a desktop and there are no problem with CPU and RAM it should be possible to buy an external graphics card (it doesn't have to cost much) and insert it. If you are tech savvy you can do it yourself otherwise take it to a shop. Doing this will make everything better graphics wise.
