Sims 4 Crashes Instantly On Startup

I've got the exact same problem.

1. Starting the game.

2. Screen turns white.

3. Crash to desktop.

Tried basically everything, latest drivers, repair, uninstall, +++ even uninstalled all of Microsoft's latest patches.

TS4 is simply not working anymore.

It was MSI afterburner and/or rivatuner causing it.

@GlennHaugen  I've split your posts into their own thread, since it's usually easier to troubleshoot issues like this with one person at a time.

When you uninstalled and reinstalled, did you put your old Sims 4 game folder back?  If you did, or you're not sure, please remove the TS4 folder from Documents\Electronic Arts and try again.

If that doesn't help, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
