@Ashlieghdiaz96 When determining how well a given computer should run Sims 4 (and most other games), the graphics card or chip is usually the limiting factor. That is also the case here. So while memory (RAM) and storage matter too, as long as the laptop has more than enough of both (8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage, or enough that you have ~40 GB free), neither one is an issue. For example, adding an external hard drive doesn't help unless you're running out of space on the internal hard drive: the computer won't need the extra unless it's exhausted its internal storage first.
I can narrow down the list of laptops for you further if you want. But I don't really know what you're looking for: do you care about the size or weight of the laptop, or battery life, or something else? Do you just want to get the best possible performance for your money? Do you want a laptop you enjoy looking at, either its outward appearance or the screen? This is about your priorities, not mine, so I can't tell you the right answer.
My earlier point was that the laptops on this list:

should all have pretty much the same in-game performance, so you could choose based on other criteria. They all have better hardware than the ones you linked by a significant margin, so unless you like the ones you found better for other reasons, I'd go with the one of the options I listed. But if the list is too long for you to effectively compare your options, please let me know what your priorities are, and I'll narrow things down.
