@EA_Solaire Hello, I've attempted to reach out to EA Help repeatedly now and I keep on not getting any replies, I'm not sure if I should just keep trying? It doesn't seem like my tweets or messages are being seen

Update: the readding fixed the launching issue!!! However now certain EPs are not showing up in my launcher (supernatural, seasons, university plus maybe some more) so i went back to use the customized launcher that allows me to have it show all. even using that the packs however didnt take effect on my game.

I tried to repair my game too but nothing changed

Are these packs showing as installed through Origin?

@EA_Solaire Yeah they did, turned out when my accounts were supposed to be merged it wasn't done properly somehow? Idk live chat support moved those 3 packs over / fully merged (hopefully) the accounts and now they're there

So seems like something overall went wrong when I originally had my sims 3 stuff moved to the origin account

ah sorry I forgot to reply here but yes everything is working just fine now aside from the typical sims 3 bug here and there ahaha thank you a lot again!!
