Same problem here!

I´ve just suscribed to Origin Access and downloaded the game two days ago. I still haven´t been able to play, very frustrating. Tried everything except moving the old files to this computer, and that´s because I physically can´t; I don´t have it with me anymore.

Please let us know you´re working on it.

@FcoPazos If you play on a Mac, Origin Access is only for the Windows OS.

I've moved your messages to The Sims 3 board, as from your description I guess you are playing on Windows. This was originally posted here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-Mac/Sims-3-quot-There-is-a-problem-connecting-to-the-server-quot/... - but this has been reported only by Mac players so far.

Could you let us know what is happening for you when you try to open the game? Are you getting the same error message or something different?

I'm sorry, but I'm a bit confused. What do you mean 'it's not'? Are you getting this error message when trying to play The Sims 3 on Windows through Origin Access?
