My game in Origin won't let me click play

@04151970  I've moved your post to its own thread, since the previous thread was a number of years old.

Does your computer run Windows or macOS, and which version?  Do you have an Origin Access subscription on this account, or have you previously?  Do you see any errors or other notifications when you click on the Sims 4 icon in your screenshot?
