I have kind of the same issue here. I can play the game and view the gallery etc. But, I can't do any packs because it says it needs to be connected to wifi. I press connect and it says unable to go online. I can play the game view gallery etc like I said before but I can't do the packs. I waited it out snd everything. why won't mine work? I have the game downloaded through Origin and Origin works well so..

@AdRoAlEl Are you trying to download through Origin while the game is closed ? Is it Origin that tells you it has no connection or the game ?
