Same thing happened to me and I've pretty much given up trying to get my games back, even though I spent $60+ on expansions and all that. I had Sims and had a pet expansion and the nightlife expansion. It's the worst and Origin sucks, I've opted not to buy any more of their games ever again. And I've told everyone I know not to as well.
