Initialization error at start up.

Can you please I am on PC.I uninstalled and reinstalled. I added origin as exception in randsom. Now I am getting error [135dec40:29f00e76:00000084:18a1dd51]

To the exceptions, you need to add not only Origin but also the game.
As for the game, you need to add two files to the exceptions: TS4 and TS4_x64
The path to these files is My Computer> Disk C> Program Files (x86) > Origin games > The Sims4 > game (the subfolders are in alphabetical order so look under the letter G) > Bin and Bin_LE In both Bin subfolders you will find one of the files you are looking for.
In Bin TS4_x64 file, in Bin_LE TS4 file
