Error while opening sims 4 mac

PLEASE HELP!! bought sims 4 and only play an hour! a year ago. Can you please I am on PC.I uninstalled and reinstalled. I added origin as exception in randsom. Now I am getting error [135dec40:29f00e76:00000084:18a1dd51]

@lioness35  Please add TS4_x64.exe and TS4.exe as exceptions as well.  If that doesn't help, you can try the other suggestions in this post:

Start by disabling Controlled Folder Access or setting the same exceptions, if you haven't already.
