@1469900571708  I've split your posts into their own thread because the other thread was quite old.

 

One obvious issue with your system is that your two partitioned hard drives are very low on space.  Since I don't know where Sims 4 is installed, I can't tell whether this is a problem for the game, but it's best for system performance and for the long-term health of the drives to clear up more space, preferably at least 20 GB per drive if you can manage it.  10 GB should be enough to at least eliminate this as a source of the issue though.

 

Once you've cleared more space, please repair the game: open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.

 

Are you deliberately running the Legacy Edition of Sims 4?  You don't need to: your hardware and software support the standard version.  You can switch within Origin: open your game library, right-cllick on the Sims 4 icon, select Game Properties > Advanced Launch Options, and choose 64-bit from the dropdown menu.

 

If you don't see this option after you've repaired, of this doesn't fix the error, please let me know what antivirus you use.
