Random Game Crashes

I've been dealing with my game crashing for months now. There doesn't seem to be any pattern and the game will crash during all types of play (build mode, play mode, public or private lots, cas edit mode, etc.) I've reset the game several times, and did so earlier today as well. I've repaired the game almost every day, as well as going in offline mode. I double checked my video card to make sure it was running in high performance mode and my drivers are all updated. I've reinstalled the game from scratch and I took all of my mods and cc out of the game. I've had to start over from scratch about 4 times now, and nothing I've tried seems to help. My specs should all be good enough; I don't have issues playing any other games. I even tried deleting all unplayed sims, and the game still ended up crashing.
I'm attaching my DxDiag, the latest crash info from my Sims 4 folder, and the last event error from my computers event viewer.
