Random Crash while playing after about 10 minutes

Game crash. FAQ not helping sadly.

could you give us a few more details ? 

• Is it always after about 10 min or does it depend on what you do in the game ?
• Are you using custom content or mods in your game ?
• Since when is this happening ? DId you add anything to the game or was this the case since you installed the game ?

I just downloaded the game a couple days ago and haven't been able to play for more than 10 minutes. I don't have any mods or custom content downloaded. I tried a few things:

- updated audio drivers

- updated chipset drivers

- tried "repairing" and updating the game in Origin

I also have a bios update available that I haven't tried yet.

@crinrictHello, so we just tried this and had no luck. I'm trying to upload the crash file we just got but am having some difficulty.

Have you tried a clean boot ?

If it works in that mode, then it's a background program interfering and you will need to find out which one.

@emilymmk I ran into a similar issue a while ago, but it didn't have a happy ending. The issue ultimately was with the graphics card dying on me. You may want to check to see if other graphics intensive games have similar issues.
