This is still an issue. I purchased Dream House Decorator and it will not install, just shows purchased. I followed some of the suggestions here and have tried a support chat but who ever the person is was completely rude and unhelpful.
So I sit with a paid game I can't install and zero help and no other suggestions listed here to try. It's a real shame what this company has become.

I just bought Dream Home Decorator and Country Kitchen kit yesterday. When I launched Origin this morning it says I have an expansion ready to install. I was able to download Dream Home Decorator just fine, I haven't checked to see if it installed yet as I had to leave for work, and the Country Kitchen kit has a download button but when I click on it, nothing happens, no error or anything. Please help.
