@crinrict I tried all of the new suggestions from the first page and none of them worked . But, when I moved the sims 4 folder into my desktop, when I opened the sims it was online for like 5 seconds before it asked me to connect and then denied it. So maybe there's something bad in that folder? But now I'm not quite sure how I find out whats wrong in it without accidentally deleting important files. Thank you so much for your help!

So I got a laptop to play Sims 4 on but every time I try to go on the gallery and try to go online, it says there is no internet connection available and to make sure my internet connection is working.
The connection on my laptop is fine and origin itself has no issues connecting.
I've already tried the antivirus exception for the origin and electronic arts folder but it didn't help

My Sims 4 game is unable to go online, everytime I open the gallery or click for dlc information it tells me to go online and when I do it it says that it's unable to go online. It's been like this for two months. I tried everything I found in the internet to solve this: disconnecting my antivirus and firewall to see if they were preventing the game from accessing the wi-fi, erasing the game's cache, repairing the game in Origin, erasing and downloading Origin and The Sims 4, switched to a wired internet connection, disabled Origin in-game... obviously everything has been done without mods in the game. I just don't know what to do more...

I know this has been asked a lot, but I can't find any current answers. I was trying to access my gallery in The Sims 4. It asks me to connect or stay offline. I am online and my internet is working. When I click on connect it freezes and then it says it can't. It then asks me if I want to retry or stay offline. I logged out of Origin and relogged in, but that didn't work. I'm not able to access the gallery or buy any game packs, etc.
Thanks!

Hey @JINXEDFOXY,
I've moved your post to a more relevant board than EA General Questions.

Hello,
I have recently encountered a problem that I have never had before. Sims 4 won't connect to the internet. I am unable to use the gallery. I have tried all the usual answers on the internet. Checking my firewall, flushing the DNS, running as administrator but nothing has worked. I have even uninstalled the game and origin. I have also made sure that both steam and origin are both online.
I play the game on steam but have it linked to my origin account for my packs. Could this have anything to do with it? I have never had any problems like this till a few weeks ago.

I've been having an issue uploading my created sims and builds to the gallery. I've gone through all of the suggestions to fix it, tested it on different wifi connections, uninstalled & reinstalled my mods/CC, and even uninstalled & reinstalled the game itself but to no avail. When I attempt to upload to the gallery I get a message saying "cannot connect, try again later", even though I am online, Origin is online and the status of the gallery is online. I can look at the gallery, see my previous gallery uploads (from console, I just recently started playing on PC), and see my sims in my library (only when I'm online? maybe because of the CC, idk), but I can't upload anything at all, whether it includes CC or not. Please help.
