Purchases won't download

I recently purchased the Boardwalk for 1900 sim points but when i try to download it says there is a problem and to check the log. I have no idea what the log is. Can anyone help? My downloads arent installing either as it says there is an error running script. My Sims 3 is up to date as far as i know.

The download for the super patch from the link I gave you is for all regions. Download it (just click on it) and open it in order to install it.

Try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser. Sometimes running the launcher at the same time helps

If it is updated, could you please post the info from here if there is any: documents/electronicarts/thesims3 and is called Sims3LauncherLogFile.log

When I try to download it tells me there is a script error. When I load my Sims 3 to check if the download is there it says I cannot log in as I need the latest update but my Launcher says it is updated. I'm not sure what version. I'm not sure how to clear my cache. I found the error log and this is what is said:

Just read this as I mentioned will I download the Super patch. Is it safe to just run it or should I save it first? Not sure the best way.
