I purchased Sims 3 expansion pack downloads as a gift for someone else. Now that I have done that, I don't find codes in the e-mail I was sent for that actual games, just for the extra content. It also says they have been registered to my origin account, which I don't want since I already have all the expansion packs. How do I now gift them to someone else? I can find no way to actually call someone and ask.
You'll have to talk to a game consultant for this issue. Go to help.ea.com and click contact us on the right. Fill in the prompts until you get to a page that says chat or call back. Call back is only available in the us and normal customer service hours.
