Today I bought Roaring Heights (sims 3). After buying, the receipt email told me to register with the sims 3 website, which I did, then to redeem the code. I had to register my base game, but for some reason it wouldn't register, i was on a live chat with an EA Adviser for a few hours, he finally managed to register my base game, but we couldn't Heights to appear in my purchase history. It's now saying the code has been used. The specialists took over and told me to uninstall, clean my laptop then reinstall my games. I have done this, and still Heights is not in my purchase history on the sims website, and isn't anywhere on my origin account so i can't even attempt to return it! It's quite frustrating seeing as I've paid good money for this! My other sims games and expansions are working fine, i've followed the installation guidelines, adviser advice and the specialist advice but it still is not working. The adviser even did it for me but it still didn't work! What should I do? If it's not going to work I need to refund it but I don't know how.
P.S I have a pc if that's of any use!
