Hi, I have recently tried to purchase Sims 3 Supernatural and I have not received my order yet, I thought there was some kind of glitch or perhaps I wrote my information wrong so I tried about 4 times, then I researched it on and found out that I do have to wait for the order, in that case have I just purchased the same game 4 times? And if that's the case, can I get a my money back if this thing goes through?
