Пропала игра с аккаунта

Здравствуйте! Долгое время не заходила в аккаунт Origin. После смены операционной системы захотелось скачать Sims 3 и несколько дополнений, но позже обнаружила, что все дополнения бесследно исчезли. В истории заказов они так же отсутствуют,кроме одного,но и того нет в разделе "мои игры". Есть вариант,что аккаунт был взломан, возможно ли вернуть игры ?

Answer HQ Is supported in these following languages at the moment -   English  French  German  Russian   Spanish
