Produktkod fungerar inte på Sims 4 efter ominstallation

Hej! När jag ominstalerade Sims 4 på min PCdator så står det "den här koden är redan använd". Måste jag köpa ett nytt spel eller kan man få tag i en ny Produktkod? Tacksam för hjälp!!
