Hi there!
I have bought the CD of sims 4 last year. However, I don't remember the password of origin or even the email that I have used in that accont. So, I have created a new accont on origin. But the produt code that I have used [removed] is the same of the first accont, and it says that I can't use the same code(o seu codigo ja foi resgatado), so I can't play! Can you help me?
