Product code has already been redeemed

I bought The Sims 4 a long time ago and I, of  course, played it. Recently I wanted to open the game, but origin asked for my email and password. I forgot my password, as I didn't need it in a long time, so I changed it. I opened origin wanting to play The Sims 4,but it wasn't in my game library anymore. I tried redeeming the code, but it keeps telling me that the code has already been redeemed. This is the only account I have, so I highly doubt my code was redeemed somewhere else. Any ideas on what I can do?

You need to log in with the Origin account you originally redeemed the code on. If you do not remember the password contact support and see if they can help you. You need to contact Support. https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/?product=the-sims-4&platform=pc&category=technical-support
