Product code already used

I lost all the information from my previous account... so I made a new account, and I was trying to redeem my codes but it said "this code has already been used" is there anyway i can use my old codes??

@Bakergirl99  Once a code is accepted that code can not be re-entered and is locked to the account in use at that time. As this is a public open forum this issue needs to be handled by EA customer service - link - EA customer service
