Product Key

I bought Sims 3 a few years ago from you guys and I wanted to play it for the first time in like 2 years, i tried to play it and it said that I needed a product key, so I went into my origin account and it says that I have no purchase history at all, which I know is wrong. So how do I get a product key for this game now to play it?

In origin hover your mouse over the sims 3. Then click on the little i for information. Your product key should then be listed in there.
