Product Code

★★★ Newbie

I bought Sims 4 when it was free on Origin and played it all the time, I recently went about a couple months without playing it and when I went to open it today, it said I needed a product code. I went to the confirmation email I had and it didn’t have a product code. It won’t let me on it any other way and I have no clue what to do.

@dakota02mason

Are you on PC, Mac or console?
Have you checked your library on Origin?
Are you sure you log in on the same account, where should be your game?
I don't work for EA

@dakota02mason   If you "bought" the game then you should be able to find the the transaction in the purchase history in Origin. You may have downloaded a demo version of the game which only allows you to play for a certain time. I don't recall the game ever being free but I do remember a demo version that allowed you to play for a month I think. You can contact EA customer service - customer service to verify what version you have.
