Product Code

I purchased a second hand Sims 3 off of eBay a few days ago, it arrived today and I've tried installing it but it will not allow me to because the person I bought it off did not include a product code. Is there anyway to get around this?

@hayleyn11 Once the product code is used that code is locked to the account in use at that time and can not be reused. The disc is generic and with Origin all you need is the code and you can get the digital download version. You need to contact the seller if you expected a usable game.
