Product Code Not Accepted

I updated Origin and it has deleted all the games from my library. When I went to play The Sims 4 from my desktop, it then asks for teh prdouct code. I enter this and it tells me it has already been used. This is because I have used it to register the game before but it is not showing on my account. How do I regain access to my game?
