Hi! I've had Sims 4 for a while now and I uninstalled a couple weeks ago. I attempted to re install today but when I put the code in it said it was already use (Which if true of course) how do I play my game now?!

1. Sign in towards the top right area of the page.
2. Select The Sims 4 and then click next
3. Select PC or Mac and then click next
4. Click on 'Select a topic' and choose Codes
5. In the box labeled ' Please tell us a little more about your issue' state that your are having issues with your registration code and click next
6. Select the Call option. Don't select Chat as your account will need to be verified that you are the owner of the account.
