Hi, I purchased new content last night, but when I try to download it, member log in pops up on my launcher. When I enter my password, the box disappears for a couple of seconds, then comes back and just repeats the same thing. I can't download anything to my game now, please help?

@Chelseabun13 First try to clear the the browsing history in IE (Internet Explorer). The game uses the APIs in IE to communicate. Open IE (Internet Explorer) and click the cog in the upper right - click internet option - click browsing history / delete - click delete - click apply - click ok.

The studio has been working on the log issues and we believe this issue has now been resolved.
Could you try logging again now?
