Problems with creating big dogs

   Ever since I downloaded the Sims 4 Cats and Dogs pack, I couldn't create big dogs. I can make cats and small dogs perfectly fine, but when I try to make a big dog, the game freezes, and when I minimize the tab and go back into it, the whole screen is white, but I can still hear the music and the dog barking every now and then. If anyone knows a solution, please reply, thank you.

Your graphics card isn't strong enough to run the game. Nor is your processor.

You can try firstly updating the graphics card drivers, then make sure to run the game on low settings and with laptop modus on.

See how that goes, hopefully, it will do the trick so you can at least make the big dogs and play the game.

Do you have any mods or custom content (CC) in your game? Could you test without?

Could you post a DxDiag? This gives us a bit more information into your system and what is going on.
