Problems With Sims 4 Latest Update

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Vampires, City Living, Outdoor Retreat, Get To Work, Parenthood, Get Together
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By attempting to load a save file in game
What happens when the bug occurs? When the bug occurs i'm only allowed to get as far as the map screen but when i try to play with my sims, I get taken back to the world map page after previously waiting for my game to load. Even when I make a new sim and try to place them in a new house, I cant because the game doesn't load the world. What do you expect to see? I expect to see that i'm able to play with sims that i just made and made in the past.

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Before I downloaded the new sims patch (6/26/2018), everything was fine. I was able to go on my game without any problems. But ever since then I've been having this problem.

are you using MC Command center ? If so, please make sure you use the version that's compatible with the current patch level.

a lot of custom content/mods is outdated and needs updating.

Try removing everything and see if it then loads.

If it does, narrow down which one it could be,
