Problem with logging into my Sims 3 account

I have the right email, and I press onto the 'forgot m password' link to have to take it to my EA basic information. No accounts are linked to it it says, but every time it sends me to "ABOUT ME" page.

I am new to the Sims, so I'm trying to figure it all out. I'd like to change my password to my sims3 account still. I just don't understand how at this point.

do you have an Origin account too ? the sims 3 site uses the same email and password as your Origin try that if you change the password in Origin that's the password to use too also if the page is looping try clear the internet cache and or switching browsers if using safari,opera or chrome try IE or Firefox
