Hi
I just bought The Sims 3: Dragon Valley and I have trouble downloading it.
When I press download all it does i open a new tab in the browser I'm currently using (I've tried both Chrome and Explorer). The tap is named "somethingdownloadsomething" but is blank when you open it. The same happens when I try to download a market. When I try to download a dress, nothing happens.
Any way to fix this?

Try clearing your browser cache. Also, make sure your pop-up blocker is off!

@klingan_90 A guess is the default file type association is incorrect. If you have Windows 10 creators patch:
- type control panel in the search bar lower left
- click default programs
- click associate a file type or protocol with a program
- find .Sims3Pack
- current default should be Sims3Launcher if not change it
This should open the launcher when you click download and DV should download to the download tab of the launcher where you then can install DV to your game.
With the Windows 10 creators patch you can no longer right click the windows symbol to go to the control panel.
