Problem with The Sims 4

Hi. I have huge problem with the sims 4 game for a long time. I don’t really know when but my game started to break down after i downloaded University. Whether if i play and go to the “parcel” that is originally in game or if i builded it when i’m going anywhere with my Sim the build disappears and i can’t do anything. It’s annoying because i want to play and i spent a lot money on this game and i just can’t. I don’t have any mods is game, i reinstall the whole game and delete every saved family i had and nothing BUILDINGS MAGICALLY DISAPPEAR
