Problem while reviewing included items list for packs in game

Platform:Steam-PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.76.45.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? dine out installed from steam
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Every time I enter Sims 4 when i go to review the packs in the game it says that ''this pack is unavailable for purchase'' and i can't see the included items if i review a pack. i purchased Sims 4 from steam and i purchased the dine out pack from steam but i couldn't review the included items inside the game so not sure if this is related. also i checked if i was offline i was connected the whole time.

What do you expect to see? I want to be able to review all packs and included items and sales when i enter the game. the included items list in any pack review is always blank and I'm always connected.

Don't know if it makes a difference for the Steam version
