Problem in create a sim

Hi! Ever since January I have had this weird problem in create a sim. I can't turn my sim around by clicking left which normally should be able to do. Instead of that it kind of grabs into the sim shaping its body or face.. It really bothers me because I need to be careful not to click left handle when you want to turn the sim. The area somehow flashes with white. Really disappointing. Thank you for helping.

Please remove all Mods and CC then try the game without.

I have deleted all Mods and CC, but this keeps happening :/
