Problem after the new update

Hi! So I just updated my game and I like to put cc in my game so after I re-enabled it and restarted the game I got an error 120 code and It is not letting me go to the selected lot I have tried to look for solutions from  different forums, cleared my cache folders, updated old mods and cc and moved it to my desktop and still no luck.

Please help I don't know what to do!

@Loliaar  Please post the exact error message you're seeing.  The numbers after the 120: matter too.
