Probema with installation of valley of dragon!

Good morning! Bought the expansion valley of dragon, which when I went installs was unable, because when prompts the code of 16 characters, I insert what comes in the game manual, accuses key invalidity, insert key validates. How is this possible if my game is original? And it can not install and back to Paradise Island, and also noticed that the game's launcher at the bottom of the space does not appear to show the symbol of the valley of the Dragon!

Dragon Valley (or valley of the dragon) is not actually an expansion pack. Dragon Valley is actually a store world. You bought the disc version of Dragon Valley. Here is the link to its store location: http://store.thesims3.com/dragonvalley.html?categoryId=12642. That is also why there is only a 16-digit code.

With your code, you want to redeem it on the Sims 3 website, not Origin. You need to go to your store account and redeem the code there. You will see there is just the right amount of blocks for your code.

Even if it is not accepting the code once you've tried to redeem it, go to your purchase history and see if it shows up there: http://store.thesims3.com/purchaseHistory.html.
