I'm having to reinstall the sims 3 on my computer. I went to download all the content I had from the store previously, but there are two things that keep saying there is an error and they won't download.

One of those items doesn't really concern me, but the other is Riverview, the world. I would really actually like to still have that. Is there some way to fix this?

What error are you getting ? What is your Operating system ?
