I’m having trouble placing a pool. Whenever using any of the pool tools, I can place what looks to be a pool, but just functions as the floor. Whenever I try to change the water color it gives me the “must be placed on pool or fountain” memo. I’m also unable to resize or move the pool once it’s placed. Clicking the pool just selects the entire floor of the room, so if I try to use the hammer tool to delete it, it takes the entire floor along with it. The only way to remove it once it’s placed is to use the undo button.
I’m not having trouble with sims interacting with pools that have been placed before, however I can’t edit or update them.
