Plz help orgin doesnt accept activation code sims 4 [ Edited ]

A time ago i installed sims 4 on my pc but my pc was to old and it just didnt work.

but now i have a new pc and orgin wont let me enter the activation code again wat do i have to do plz help me

look at the picture i really buyed sims 4

You can install the game with the first account you used to install the game.

You have already registered the game yourself and are trying to reinstall the game
The game does not need to be registered again. Login in the Origin Client with the Email/PW you first registered the game on and download and install the game from there. The game only needs to be registered once and you won't need the code again after your initial registration. This is true for both the DVD and the download version. You can skip the activation step on reinstalling.

No i tryed it too on another acc

You have to use the account you first installed the game with. 
When you log in, you'll see your game waiting in the 'My Games' tab.
