Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
I want to talk about something you don't mention above:
How accessible is the current experience? It's useless to me
Summarize what in the product is difficult to use. I feel like i bought it for nothing since it won’t let me play.
How is this making it more difficult? It won’t allow me to play.
How can we reproduce this experience? Let me get back on the Sims 4.

What should I do to get back on my game?

@The_Thornton101   Please describe what is happening. Do you have any cc or mods in the game? Does the game start at all?

Your original post is very vague.

Are you trying to play through Origin? (are you logged into the registered Origin account?)

Are you getting any error messages when you press play?

Have you got any CC in yours Mods folder?

Have you ever played it, or have you downloaded it and it won't let you play?
